CIF Learning & Development in partnership with Kelliher & Associates present one day seminar on The Adjudication Process – a step by step approach. The Seminar aims to give an overview of the Adjudication Process under the Construction Contracts Act 2013.
It will outline what is required for Adjudication to take place, and the practical steps required in the process from the outset to the decision of an Adjudicator. The Seminar will outline what is required by each party at each step in the process and seeks to break down the terminology into an easy to understand guide through the process.
