The RIAI has published its new RIAI Construction Contract 2025, marking a significant update to the standard forms used across the Irish construction sector. This programme provides a practical introduction to the new Blue and Yellow Forms of Contract, together with the updated collateral agreement forms, which replace the 2017 editions of the RIAI Articles of Agreement.
