COURSE OUTLINE

The Microsoft bundle upskills your employees in 4 Microsoft courses that are key to the Construction Industry. As with all technology Microsoft is continuously evolving. It is important that your employees possess the relevant and specialised skillsets.

Your employees will upskill their Excel skills with our Excel Advanced Course, Data Visualisation in and its benefits in Data Visualisation for Excel. They will also gain an understanding of the tools and techniques used in the Project Environment in Microsoft Project Management. MS Power BI covers the essential skills needed to begin using the PowerBI Desktop to produce Visual Reports and learn how to bring data into the Power Query Editor to transform into Power BI.

The course is delivered over 4 days from 09.30hrs – 16.30hrs

COURSE CONTENT

Microsoft Excel Advanced
This course is an introduction to the more advanced features of spreadsheets and their use. By the end of this course, delegates should be comfortable with automating worksheet functionality, as well as using a variety of different analysis tools, data presentation and working effectively with multiple workbooks.

 

Microsoft Project Management 
By the end of this course, delegates should be able to create a basic Project Plan from the beginning, using tasks, durations and resources.

 

Microsoft Power Bi Essentials 
This course covers the essential skills needed to begin using the PowerBI Desktop to produce Visual Reports and learn how to bring data into the Power Query Editor to transform into Power BI.
Data Visualization for Excel 
By the end of this course, delegates should be comfortable with applying Data Visualisation principles to create pleasing and informative Dashboards using Chart Options and Chart Design in Excel.

On completion of the course candidates will receive:
