A one day seminar on The Adjudication Process – a step by step approach. The Seminar aims to give an overview of the Adjudication Process under the Construction Contracts Act 2013.
A Morning Seminar on the Payment Process under the Construction Contracts Act 2013
A unique opportunity for a half day practical seminar on the Payment Process under the Construction Contracts Act 2013 including a review of how to get paid, what system to follow, how to work out the dates and timelines under the Act and what to do in the event of non-payment.
Conflict Avoidance, Management and Dispute Resolution Procedures
A 2 hour practical seminar on Conflict Avoidance, Management and Dispute Resolution Procedures aims to give an introduction level of understanding of the various techniques and procedures available in dispute resolution and avoidance. It will also outline some practical approaches to avoiding and resolving conflict and disputes. The seminar is based on Irish Law and Contracts.
