Sessions will include short presentations of the fundamental aspects of the topic but will focus on interactive workshops, aimed at sharing knowledge and experience between delegates and our team.

This is a half day programme delivered from 14.00hrs – 17.00hrs
Due to the interactive nature of the sessions, these & other topics maybe covered as the sessions are intended to provide an opportunity for debate and discussion rather than the delivery of set content.
There will be collaborative sections throughout the course of the session, including interactive workshops that will develop your understanding of the abovementioned topics by applying them to problem scenarios. There will also be a Q&A portion at the end of the training.

- Demonstrating Claims for Time
- Liquidated and Ascertained Damages
