This PRiSM™ (Projects integrating Sustainable Methods) practitioner course introduces a broader focus to delivering projects which has largely been ignored: factors such as resource efficiency, waste, energy reduction and environmental impact assessments. Utilising sustainability concepts such as the circular economy, and linking to the Global Sustainable Development Goals, the PRiSM project practitioner will be best placed to deliver a more sustainable outcome for all their projects. On completion of the course delegates will sit the GPM-b exam to gain a globally recognised Green Project Management certification

In this course the student will learn the skills required to effectively handle and manage sustainability in projects and ensure that both the management of the project and the outcomes are sustainable.

 

PRiSM™  is a project management method, encompassing all the essentials for running a successful project based on sustainable principles. The method ensures the delivery of business objectives while reducing negative environmental impact.

 

PRiSM™  practitioner is based on the award winning P5™ Standard for Sustainability in Project Management, and is effective in reducing project level risk, from an environmental, social and economic perspective while expanding the range of benefits to be gained.

This course is suitable for project and sustainability managers at all levels of an organisations, planners, estimators and those involved in tendering and procurement. Also those seeking a primary certification in project management.
