Cancellation Policy
7 – 10 working days’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 6 working days’ notice or less will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A ‘no show’ on the day also incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Substitute delegates are permitted on all courses provided entry requirements are adhered to. CIF reserves the right to cancel course dates in the event of insufficient enrolments.
