The workshop will highlight the opportunities emerging in public sector construction across Ireland and the UK – to clearly communicate the scale of the market opportunity in the Public Sector.

And having flagged the opportunity, the workshop is designed to help construction businesses improve tender performance and outcomes – tender awards can come down to small scoring differences, and this workshop is focused on helping participants to ‘do their best work’ in preparing and submitting tenders for public sector construction contracts.

The workshop is delivered as two on-line interactive webinars.

A small charge of €25 applies per participant.

Businesses that attend a workshop, are then eligible for 1:1 mentor support:

  • An initial 1 day of mentor support – to help with tender processes and content;
  • Up to 5 days of mentor support: to focus on larger / important bid opportunities, or collaborative bid opportunities, or bids for projects outside of Ireland. This involves a small additional charge of just €280.
