PWC Short Form
Training Course Information
Given in terms of volume this is probably the most commonly used public sector contract of the PWC suite of contracts, in many ways this is a unique contract and contains clauses not featured in other standard forms
The aim is to explain on a clause by clause basis the practical implications and risks the contract places on the contractor and the management and administration process involved in order to preserve entitlements.
Detailed analysis of each clause and their implications for the effective management and administration of the contract.
Worked examples of how the contract deals with every day events on site and the contractual impact these have on how best to approach risk management in the delivery of the project.
4 CIRI CPD points are awarded upon completion of the half day programme.
