This course will introduce users to Microsoft Project who will gain an understanding of the tools and techniques used in the Project Environment.
By the end of this course, delegates should be able to create a basic Project Plan from the beginning, using tasks, durations and resources. Delegates will learn how to link tasks, create dependencies and work with Baselines, Critical Paths and Project Statistics.
The course will be of great benefit to those who work within the Project Management environment but do not understand how to navigate a Project Plan. The course will undoubtedly introduce these users to many fundamentals which they may not have discovered for themselves.
This course is for beginners who wish to learn how to use Microsoft Project and develop an understanding on MS Project tools and techniques.
A General Knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint is required.
In order to complete the course delegates will be required to have a latest version MS Project software installed on their laptop / PC.
The course is a 1 Day Programme delivered from 09.30hrs – 16.30hrs.
