Aims of the Course
This course is designed to develop member’s understanding of the claims management procedure under the Public Works Contracts, and to give an update on the latest developments in the contracts affecting this area. Areas that will be covered include dealing with loss and expense claims, variations and delay as well as common contract problems.
On completion of this course, participants will have a practical insight into the claims management procedure under the Public Works Contracts.
