BRIEFING SESSION DETAILS

The CIF, in conjunction with Addleshaw Goddard, will host a series of Members Only briefing sessions designed for senior Commercial Leaders on the new form of RIAI Form of Contract and Suite of Subcontracts.

We will be joined by Siobhan Kenny, Legal Director, Margaret Austin, Partner and Killian Maher, Partner from Addleshaw Goddard who will present on the new forms setting what the main amendments are, what has not changed and key observations to assist your businesses in adapting to them.

There will be three in-person briefing sessions, intended to run from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and be held at the following locations and dates:

  • 20th of May: Addleshaw Goddard Offices, Fitzwilliam 28, Dublin 2 (Please note this briefing is now full please email [email protected] to be added to a waiting list)
  • 23rd of May: Radisson Red Hotel, Galway
  • 28th of May: CIF Cork Office, East Gate Business Park

BRIEFING SESSION AGENDA

The Agenda for each briefing session is as follows:

  • 9.00 am: Registration
  • 9.30 am: Opening Address by the CIF
  • 9.45 am to 11.30 am: RIAI Main Contract/Subcontract by Addleshaw Goddard
  • 11.30 to 12.00pm: QA and Close
