How to Book

Please email the delegate’s name and contact details along with confirmation of Payment method to one of the training team or to [email protected]. Cheques should be made payable to Construction Industry Federation, Alternatively, you can book your course and pay online using a credit or debit at www.ciftraining.ie

Booking Terms and Conditions

All bookings made by email must have:

• Names
• Emails
• Phone Number
• Course name & code/date of attendance
• PO – If required by your company for payment – This must be issued at time of booking.

Course Fees & Method of Payment

• To avail of the CIF Member Rate please quote the company CIF Membership No.
• A Non-CIF Member Rate will be charged unless a valid CIF membership number is included with the booking.
• Invoice terms remain 30 days from date of issue strictly.

Methods of payment

• Methods of payment accepted include Cheque/EFT Bank Transfer/Credit card./Debit Card.
• Please contact CIF Learning & Development Department on 01 4066051/4066029 PRIOR to submitting booking if you wish to pay by EFT Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit card.
• Any charges of €400 or less must be paid upon booking.
• Please accompany all EFT bookings with a remittance sent to [email protected] as this will reduce allocation errors. All EFT payments must include the invoice number and/or member number on the payment.
• Invoice terms remain 30 days from date of issue strictly.

Training Courses Online Via Zoom

• All emails with course content, Zoom instructions and times will be issued to each delegate 48 hours prior to the start of each course. Please be sure to include an up-to-date email address for each delegate upon booking.
• Course notes are issued via Dropbox.

Cancellation Policy

• 10 working days’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  5 working days’ notice or less will incur a 100%
  cancellation fee.
• A ‘no show’ on the day also incurs a 100% cancellation
  fee.
• Substitute delegates are permitted on all courses.
• CIF charges an administration fee of €125 for delegate transfers.
• Exam Re-sits will incur a fee of €75.
• CIF reserves the right to cancel course dates in the event of insufficient enrolments.
