Based on an Irish incident working at height in the construction sector, this case-study illustrates how the smallest action, or inaction, can have major consequences when it comes to workplace safety.  Through live interaction and facilitated discussion we explore the importance of individual responsibility for safety and some of the human factors that can influence a culture of safety on site.

This session is suitable for operatives, supervisors and managers in any industry.

Cancellation Policy:

7 – 10 working days’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 6 working days’ notice or less will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A ‘no show’ on the day also incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Substitute delegates are permitted on all courses provided entry requirements are adhered to. CIF reserves the right to cancel course dates in the event of insufficient enrolments.
