Construction Contracts Act
Training Course Information
The Construction Contracts Act, which became law in July 2016, has three very important aspects, regulation of the time and manner for the payment of contractors and sub-contractors, the outlawing of pay when paid provisions in sub-contracts and the process of adjudication. It is essential that all members be aware of these provisions as failure to meet any of the deadlines set out in the legislation can have dire consequences.
The course will deal fully with all three aspects.
